Our Mission

Our mission is to educate and assist present and future club members and future generations in the art of fermentation science.


Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

Do we want to do a Club comp? I think it would be great. If start planning now, we should be able to have it early next year.

Things that we need to decide:
1. What styles? Ales? Lagers? All?
2. Entry Fee?
3. Judges? Train judges within our Club. we have a few BJCP judges already. I am interested in becoming one.
4. Date?
5. Prizes?
6. Drop off locations and shipping address
7. Getting the word out there.

I would say that we shoot for a March time frame.

I figure I would get this going in the forum. Maybe a committee needs to be created to lead this.
