What is Next?
So Eric,
What is the next thing we should be brewing for competition? I know you were going to get a list together so we could start working on them.
Also keep in mind that there are hundreds of competitions each year that you can enter throughout the country. To view this list go to
http://www.beertown.org/homebrewing/calendar/events.aspx
So you all going to enter right?!?!?!?
I know I am working on a schedule of regular brewing. The only way I am going to be able to brew is to plan for it.
I am going to make a couple of big extract batches just to have some beer and to take some to my dept holiday party.
