What is your expected FG?
Expected FG?!?!?! normally I don't calculate these things, but based upon my beer math, it would be... about 1.012 or so.
I'm more curious about your OG.
1.080
Mash temp? IIRC you didn't use any simple sugar, right?
Mash temp was between 145 and 155. I have two thermometers that like to read differently right now. I used 2lbs of dextrose. See the link for the full recipe.
I was concerned about being over bitter with a 1012 FG. Then I looked back to your schedule, not so concerned now. But I am not sure that you are going to get the aroma that you are expecting. Or it will be short lived on the aroma side. 14 oz. of hops during the last 10 minutes, that seems excessive and may have been a waste of hops. I am really interested in how it turns out.
I am not knocking your thought, just not sure that you will get the results you were going for.
Yea the process is actually called hop bursting. I have heard of it many times before and always wanted to do it. I recently read the Zymurguy article on it and it pushed me forward to try it. I have high hopes for this beer. It smells GREAT in the airlock right now and it didn't even blow crap all over my clothing like Orion's beer did.

Oh yea, also I have no idea what "my" FG will be. Not untill about a week from now.

Oh yea, that is the hop schedule for a 5 gallon batch.
