Ferment at 72deg for 14 days. Rack into keg, add your Rasberry extract, let age for 4 weeks at 37deg. Drink drank drunk

Good deal thanks. when I made mine I fermented for 8 days racked to 2nd fermenter added extract let site for 3 weeks then bottled and let sit for 3weeks and still sitting. I do put afew in the frig at a time and drink them, but over half are still aging. Now mind you I did take 2nd place in the extract contest for my blueberry beer, out of two people in the contest, but that does not matter I still got 2nd. lol




the fermenting part is confusing.
THERE'S NEVER TIME TO DO IT RIGHT, BUT THERE'S ALWAYS TIME TO DO IT OVER!
