Our mission is to educate and assist present and future club members and future generations in the art of fermentation science.


Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

I just used the same amount of hops in a 500 gallon batch that Eric uses in a 5 gallon batch. Thank you. That is all.

Dang Eric, a pound and a half of hops in 5 gallons? No wonder you got that nasty comment from the judges on your hop bursting;-)
