Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

Hey everyone, I'm looking to brew a Marzen and couldn't find any recipes on the forum. Even checked Tim and Erics' recipe sites. I did find 8 on the Beertools website, but don't know if they're any good. Would prefer to use a recipe from a club member if anyone has one.

Yea, I haven't done one yet, I suggest talking with Bob Thompson, his Oktoberfest is killer and Marzen=Oktoberfest ... pretty much.
