Our mission is to educate and assist present and future club members and future generations in the art of fermentation science.


Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

In starting to get ready for next years Fest. Put the Holy Tripel of Antioch into secondary tonight. Started at 1.092 OG, today it has fermented down to 1.020. Lets see what another 45 days can do. Its still bubbling about once every 10-15 seconds.

Racked to keg tonite, FG was 1.012

Added a bit of Lavender to the secondary about a week ago, somehow got abit a a cinnamon to it. Hmmm.....
