Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

Just transferred to secondary & dry hopping with vanilla beans soaked in Sky Vodka. Looks & smells great! I'll post the recipe later for those interested. I have 1 question though. I reached the suggested fg in 4 days. Is that normal? I noticed yesterday that the airlock was stagnate. Just checking. Thanks for the help!

Yup no problem with that, your OG was on the low side so a 4 day fermentation sounds normal. What was the temp while fermenting?
