What should I brew next

So I am pretty happy with how my process is working, I'm still gonna work on it but I am ready to move to something new.
I have a ton of the pale malt and am looking for a simple easy recipe. I figure I can run down to the American Homebrew shop and pick up some specialty grains on Thursday. He doesn't have the best prices but its convenient to me.
Anyone got any good suggestions? I'm gonna look around the internet and see if I can find something too.

That's what I have been brewing. I have 5 in fermenter and 5 in keg. I'm getting bored with the blondes, I want something different.
I may do a 10 gallon blonde in a month or two when I feel ready to do a 10 gallon batch.

Well then, go with and ESB, this is of course if you want somthing on the lighter side. I mean if you have a bunch of 2 row you could always make a barley wine, yummy yummy.

I was thinking about brewing something big that would age for a while, maybe something that would be ready by my birthday in November or xmas.

A blonde? It will be a nice beer to drink when it hits 100 this summer.
