Emergency Brewing Sunday 9/26/09

Thursday I started a 1-liter yeast starter of WLP001 in anticipation of brewing this weekend but I'm lockout of where my equipment is in storage. Call me if I can all-grain brew with you this weekend - I'm paying for grain/hops. Jim Mc 951.296.7108

Jim F's system that he uses has been on loan and the owner just recently reclaimed it. I'm getting the last of my supplies that were out on loan Wednesday so I'll be doing some evening brew Wednesday night.

To anyone reading this post. I recovered the remainder of my equipment and brewed last night. I hope to share at the October meeting.
Next time remember that Jim has those stands at the shop.
