Our mission is to educate and assist present and future club members and future generations in the art of fermentation science.


Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

Does one exist?

For those unfamiliar with this. Its a list of what we do outside making and consuming beer, (ie our day jobs)

Well Ill start, then:

I am an Auto Mechanic at a shop in Old Town Temecula. I work on everything from Hot Rods to Horse Trailers.

I am also a licensed Real Estate agent and Loan Officer. Picked the wrong time to change careers.

I'm an I.T. field service tech. I can fix desktops, laptops, set up home networks and can pretty much fix anything I.T. related. I also was an Avionics Technician for several years. So if you got a broken laptop or a faulty TACAN radio, feel free to contact me lol.

I am a Software/Firmware Test Engineer. I have about 10 years experience. I am currently looking for a position.

For the last 5 years, I have been testing the Firmware on the Kodak All-in-One Inkjet printers. The ESP 7 and ESP 5250 are my favorite printers that I have testing. The old 5300 printer is built like a tank though. I actually have all 3 in my house now.

I am also working to be a Brewmaster.

I also do welding on the side. Not really to make money any longer, but I do not do it for free either. Equipment and electric bill cost to much. I am getting better at welding Stainless Steel.

I am an IT professional as well. I do mostly system administration and desktop support, but am in the process of changing out to a full time web developer.
