Event Postings

I set up a different calendar that integrates with the site, but not too well with Google Calendar right now. Anyone can now add an event by posting in the Meetings and Events forum and entering an Event Date and time.
If you don't want to post in the forum and just create a notice, you can Add an Event, or click the "Add Event" link that pops up when you hover your mouse over the Calendar link at the top of the page.

This is the first time I have been able to check on the site in a while. Work blocks it and it does not read well on my iPhone.
I know John is working on a new look and feel. Would be nice, at least for me, if we have a tapatalk or mobile interface.
For calendars I believe Craig used a google calendars integration. Google calendars has a lot of features and requires less administration on our part.
Just some thoughts. I'll talk to John and see what is going on.

Sorry Mike, Tapatalk is still in development for Drupal based Websites.
Yes, I am working on adding some stuff to the site, changing it up abit and maybe making it pretty. Patience please. :)

Way to go. This is much appreciated.
OK this doesn't work. Our calendar is blank and nobody is using the site for basic things like meeting postings. What about the mead event?
