I am brewing right now (Saturday) and will probebly last late into the night. Going for 4-7 batches... till I pass out. If anyone wants to swing on by I would love the company!

How consistent does your closet temp stay?

Pretty good. I have never had an issue with it. always right around 60-70ish...

Ah yes the ???? beer. Jim gave me a deal on some pre-crushed grain that someone had ordered but decided not to get. I have no idea what it was but I added about 5-6lbs of 2-row to it and 2oz of Saaz hops. So no clue to what it will be or taste like.

Might give my closet a try. At least that would let me buy the kegeratpr chest freezer first.

HAHAHA! Just as long as your not brewing in your TVHA thong out in the driveway, Im ok with it.
its 10:45.... I started at 7am.... 6 batches done! My closet looks soo cool.... Hopefully none of them blow!
