Hey Everybody:

August 1st is the date of my next brewing demonstation, but my kegerator is full and I would like to extend an offer to any club member to handle the demonstation, explaining to any one who shows up the procedures and processes in brewing a batch of beer. It really is like teaching a classroom of students.

The beer you brew can be an extract, or an all grain batch of whatever you choose. I will supply all the ingredients, and you keep the beer. (If it's a 10 gallon batch, I get half.) Otherwise, it's all yours.

I would prefer that you use your equipment, but you can use mine if that's easier. I have everything to do an extract or all-grain brew. The demo must start promptly at 11:00 am.

If it's too hot in the front of the shop, we'll brew in the back where it's cooler in the morning and early afternoon.

I need a firm commitment and SOON from whoever wishes to take me up on this offer. I will be e-mailing my customers about this event, so you cannot back out.

Remember, first volunteer gets the responsability and the free beer.
