Our mission is to educate and assist present and future club members and future generations in the art of fermentation science.


Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

This is a Reminder that we will be having a Big Brew day at the Murrieta Homebrew Emporium on March 20th to brew beer for the So Cal Homebrew Festival. The club will purchase all of the standard generic 2-row Pale Malt you need for brewing the beers for the fest.

Thanks to Jim for hosting our brew day today. My 10 gallons of English IPA is happily fermenting away within an hour of pitching. Steve's chili beer was smelling amazing out there. Hope the grand opening of Craft Brewing was a success.

Hear hear!!! Lots of beer brewed today!

If you ever need someone to drink beer with, I´ll drink beer with you. If you ever need a shoulder to cry on, I´ll drink beer with you. I guess what I´m trying to say is: I love to drink beer!
