Our mission is to educate and assist present and future club members and future generations in the art of fermentation science.


Club Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Blackmarket Brewing Co. at 7 PM.  Social hour at 6 PM.

Looks like I will be brewing on Sunday Morning. Two Scottish Ales, exact same recipe, one will be brewed in my normal manner, the other will be boiled using super heated granite (hopefully). If you want to come on down and check out the madness and see me blow off a finger or two, I should be starting around 8am or so. 858-386-6059.

Correct, it was in the schedule and I mentioned it last meeting. There is no meeting on this Memorial Day Holiday weekend.
